In addition to the industrial-looking Port Promise, there's a suburb next to a rock quarry and a neighbourhood by a defunct train station, both of which – like Port Promise – can be spruced up through modern development and green initiatives. The world of Evergreen Harbor is a standout as well. Community spaces can be converted into a marketplace, a community garden, or a maker space, providing multiple reasons for Sims to gather. This is enhanced by the community spaces, public lots where you can often find large groups of residents hanging out. It's a satisfying loop – there are tangible benefits to befriending other people, which feeds right back into the neighbourhood.
